Cinnamon versus Salted Caramel

Which one do you find better, that is which one would you recommend?

What type of cinnamon is used? Cassia or Ceylon, or just a flavouring?

And what about the color, which one is darker? Does one of them stain teeth and blenders/bottles/shakers?

I want to try a different flavour, and these would be the ones I am most interested in; but I want to avoid putting an expensive order and not liking it)

Thanks for your advice!

P.S.: Is the amount of cinnamon in Huel enough to have the benefits/pharma-like effects that is famour for, like anti-inflammatory properties, mood-stabilisation and lowering of blood sugar/increasing of insulin sensitivity?

I’ve tried these in Black and they’re both good. I favour SC, on a taste preference and because it’s cheaper. No idea of the ingredient issues you mention and haven’t noticed any difference in colour. I suppose you’d need to have two bags open at once to compare.

Huel won’t tell you which cinnamon they use. Apparently it’s a premium one but that doesn’t really mean much. Home Bargains 50p a kilo rather than Poundstretcher 25p a kilo.

It’s just used to flavour the product rather than to add to the nutritional profile tho, nd arguably cheaper cassia cinnamon can taste as good as Ceylon. With all these fake ads to produce though, they’ll probably be going for the cheap option.
