I’ve really got to get my snacking under manners and would love to use the powder to suppliment my snacking habit.
I just can’t get my head around shaking up the snack, it’s the extra bottle I now have to wash to cover the snack. Maybe it’s just in my head and it’s not as much of a hassle as I seem to think it will be.
Can some people share their experiences of using CP as a snack replacement?
Could you blend up 3 scoops, only consume 2/3 of it and leave the rest in the fridge? Not sure what your day-to-day schedule looks like, but perhaps that would work? I think shaking up 3 scoops might be a push, but blending and then pouring into the shaker might work better?
So I was referring to making up 3 scoops of either v3.0 or Black Edition because it sounded like you cba with the extra bother of washing up an additional shaker. So with that in mind, your Huel would be best consumed no more than 24 hours in the fridge. However more is fine, might just start to taste less nice.
For Complete Protein we recommend consuming after 30-mins. So this wouldn’t work so well with CP!
