For some reason, the delivery postcode on my most recent order has changed. I don’t know how it happened, just used the settings for previous orders which happened without a hitch. Any chance I could speak to someone on the phone to get this straightened out? DPD can’t change the address, have to go through you.
Thanks for raising. Struggling to find your account on our system so can’t find your contact number or your interactions with the team, could you fire across some details so we can find you? Our US team doesn’t have a phone number but the UK does here.
Regarding your issue, do you have the setting in place where Google auto-fills form fields (say that 3 times fast!)? I’ve had a few issues where once in the past I’ve typed the wrong address and now it automatically fills that in when I type HP or something.
