@ChristinaT I am not going to say to do a factory reset ( it might not work after all ). But on my previous Motorola G4 phone, every so often it would stop showing images ( no not them images lol ) and wouldn’t send pictures in text messages. I couldn’t find a solution or why it did this and nothing I did to try and fix it worked.So I ended up doing factory resets, which fixed the problem for a few months. Possibly not the same issue as yours but mysterious and annoying things do happen.
