I have had two packs of huel I bought from Holland & Barrett of the black edition in chocolate, and all of them have this residue consisting of undissolved chocolate lumps that have to be strained out to drink it.
They won’t dissolve with shaking and are pretty solid, but overall the drinks don’t taste off.
I’m concerned about drinking any more in case they are actually off, and have a video showing how they look when poured through a sieve I can add if poss.
Checked about 8 bottles and all the same.
