Fuelling on the move


I am after some advice on any way to consume Huel whilst running and cycling.

I am not even sure watering it down would help. Does anyone have any suggestion on how best to consume whilst running?

I am taking part in a Deca Ironman (10 times distance of an ironman) and if the fuelling from y utlra is successful I would very much like to fuel for this too, so addition to running I also need to consider how to consume whilst on the bike.

Any advice would be appreciated.
