Full Huel


I’ve been using Huel now intermittently (mostly before and after the gym) for about 6 months. I have quite a busy job which involves a lot of travel, nights out etc.

I have a quiet month ahead leading up to December and I was contemplating going “Full Huel” I’ve done, 2 or 3 days before and past the initial sugar detox (I don’t eat a lot of sugar, but, clearly more than a FH approach) it was OK.

Looking for any hints, tips to make it as successful as possible.

Any advice welcome!

My advice would be to do it slowly over a few weeks if not months. There have been a few cases I’ve read about and seen on this forum where a person goes full Huel off the bat and gives up only after a few days; it’s very difficult on the body.
