Does anyone here have experiences using extra fiber laxatives like fybogel while using Huel? I need to sort my system out but I also need to be back on Huel. I have had a bad experience once with Chia seeds and coconut flour, I was hoping that the gel that is made by the husks in fybogel wont make a concrete with the huel powder.
Fybogel is usually taken after a meal. So how long should i leave it to take fybogel after a 125g serving of huel blended in my nutribullet?
