Experimenting with lockdown Huel based snacks so I made these:
210g Huel Black Vanilla
1 tbsp Gingerbread flavour boost
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
3 medium eggs
20g baking powder
40g almond butter
15g maple syrup
2 apples (peeled and diced)
175ml water
Mix everything together and spread evenly in a baking tray/tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 in a fan oven. Leave to cool. Cut into 12 pieces. Eat.
According to MyFitnessPal they come out at 128kcal each, 10.8g carbs, 5.7g fat and 9.4g protein.
