Glycemic index for hot and savory


I just received a blood test back saying I’m pre-diabetic. Is it possible to find out what the glycemic index for the hot and savory foods are? My favorite is the cajun pasta flavor, but I am concerned about the actual pasta and how it will effect my blood sugar level. Obviously a number for each one would be very helpful. Thank you!

Unfortunately I don’t think there is one for the pasta

These are the ones that have been tested:

Tomato & Herb - 23
Thai Green Curry - 19
Mexican Chilli - 31
