Just wondering if anyone has a better email to get hold of huel directly rather than the bot thing. It just keeps sending me back to wrong pages or says someone will be in touch but they havent emailed me yet. Ive tried whatsapp got through to someone explained my situation & they just told me sorry you should of got an email with a code which I didnt. So frustrating just want to speak to someone.

Try Facebook, they were quick to reply to me there
Yeah I spoke to the bot twice today and all it asked me for was my name and email - whoever gets it will have no idea what my problem is
