Does Huel have a customer service phone number? My order (#83459) was fulfilled April 6th and it still hasn’t shipped! I’ve emailed support@huel.com, got one response saying they’re looking into it. Then no more responses after that. I just want to get my order and I’m not impressed with lack of response.
Hi there, sorry but the US team don’t have a contact number where they are at the moment. I’m certain that they are looking into your order but typically US orders can take longer to fulfil. I appreciate this is a very long time to be fulfilled though.
I’ve checked out the tracking on this and it looks like it has been fulfilled and is due for delivery on Tuesday by the end of the day.
