Hi, I’m a 31 year old man who weighs 91kg (at least I did during my adoption medical 6 months ago) and I work in manufacturing. I was wondering how this would work for use during my main meal break during a shift. We don’t get too long to eat and eating something balanced each day is difficult. Also I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what my optimal calorie intake should be.
Optimal Calorie intake depends on a number of factors including your intended goal. This web page helps a lot for working it out though: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/

Hi
I’m a similar weight to you and have been using Huel for around nine months.
A typical day for me is as follows:
3 scoop Huel breakfast around 7.30am
Protein bar snack around 10-11am
4 scoop Huel lunch around 1pm
Another protein bar (or now a Huel bar!) or hard boiled egg around 4pm
Usual cooked meal around 7pm
Since using Huel I’m rarely hungry between meals and rarely snack on junk food. Before Huel I could snack all day even after meals.
I’d recommend Huel to anyone, the convenience and nutrition being its largest benefits to me.
