Hot water

Hi! I tried a lot of different protein shakes. This is the first time when I am going to use Huel Black Addition as diet replacement with breakfast. I would like to know that can I use this with hot water or normal room temperature water as I don’t like cold water in the morning

You could drink it with warm water. I know others who do that. Try it and if you like it, give it a go with hotter water. I don’t really know anyone who makes it with hot water

So do not use boiling hot water, providing the water isn’t boiling there should be minimal effect in the nutritional value.

All I will say (and I will bold this and write in capital letters)

DO NOT SHAKE ANY POWDER WITH HOT WATER IN THE SHAKER. If you didn’t hear me the first time DO NOT DO IT.

We have put this risk on the page so please don’t do it, if you do choose to use warm water try blending it

Whenever I rinse my shaker I use hot tap water and shake. When I pop the cap, BOOF! So yeah, sound advice.

and again - only use a blender designed to cope with warm or hot liquids. no bolding or shouting

Again sound advice!

Might as well put on a safety helmet while you’re at it.

Look Coup, if you want me to come round and conduct a full Health and safety certification on the situation

I will alright :joy:

My health and safety advice @coup: don’t go swimming with sharks
