Hi there I wonder if anyone can help,my partner wants to buy a months worth of Huel and to swap breakfast and lunch for Huel shakes but the months worth is saying 28 meals now does this mean he needs to buy 2 packs or does 1 pack do 2 meals can anyone help.

There is 14 meals in one bag. If he wants 2 meals a day for a month, he would need 60 meals. That is 4 bags (56 meals) or 5 bags (70 meals) a meal is counted as 500 calories worth.

This would also depend on how many scoops per meal …
Everyone is different !
I use 2 scoops per 300ml water 4-5 times a day and find this great for what I need.
Others will suggest more scoops / more water / more meals per day.
Find your own balance and see how long it lasts …
