Yea, but youāll need a general idea of how much to weigh for each shake/day.
But itās roughly 4 kcal/g, so see what you need from there.
I also add it up in MFP and see what it does, but have to start somewhere
Oh I do. I sized it all up before I started. I put everything I eat/drink in the food journal. I only have one Huel shake most days, occasionally two. My breakfast is 60g Berry Granola. Lunch (unless I go out for lunch when I swap lunch and evening meal) is a 76g shake, then evening meal is usually a selection of veg with free range eggs, piece of fish or some form of veg protein. All weighed out and calorie counted by MFP. Healthy snacks make up the rest of my daily allowance.
Guess my MFP looks pretty simple compared to yours, 4 Huel shake meals and 1 or 2 Huel bars x)
1 or 2 cups of coffee on workdays, thatās pretty much it.
All depends on our daily calorie allowance too, I suppose. I rather enjoy filling in the journal every day. The weight loss graphs are very helpful too. Iāll soon be able to up my calorie allowance to maintenance level. About 5 more weeks should do it

I do hope you manage to up your weight soon. Must be pretty discouraging when you canāt seem to make a difference.
Itās going fairly slowly, but I havenāt been 70+ kg in 5 years or so.
So I knew it would be a challenge to gain a bit, as Iām trying to do it without over-eating pizzaās
So far so good, feeling better and gained a little bit over the past month already
