How to ensure enough nutrition

Hi I’ve just started drinking Huel last week. Today is my first day of 2x meal replacements and so far so good - the mocha flavour pack is lovely - I’m having that as I type!

Can I still achieve 100% nutrients every day if I’m only having two shakes plus one meal?

I love simple food like beans on toast, and I also am a fan of tofu so protein should be fine. What meals do any of you recommend to top up a 2x Huel a day diet? Thanks - and to add I am looking to lose weight, about 5 stones in all.

Some of the micronutriens do come in excess in Huel, so with two meals you would be OK for:
VitD, Vit C, Folate, Chloride, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Selenium, Molybdenum

50% for
Vit A, Vit E, RIboflavin, Niacin, Vit B6, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Chromium, Iodine

between 50-100%
Vit K, Thiamin, Vit B12, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper, Chromium

This is according to the RI.
I don’t think the foods you mention above are the most nutrient rich. So my guess it would be that you will still fall short in those which you are short.
Easy solution? Get a vitamin mineral supplement (they sell them in supermarkets and farmacies) and have one of those a day. they are really cheap.
