Hi,

I’m using Huel for weight loss :slight_smile: (I’ve documented my efforts under the experiences thread ‘Overweight Sugar Addict’.)

I have 2 scoops (Vanilla/UU half and half) in 400ml for breakfast & lunch, with raw fruit or vegetable for snacks, then a normal evening meal, around 500-800 calories. Total daily calories around 1500.

Exercise currently consisting of chasing my kids around and housework :stuck_out_tongue: But I’ll be adding a half hour dog walk back in soon (after school holidays probably).

I’ve lost 1 stone in 4 weeks :slight_smile:
