- 160 gr oatmeal
- 80 gr Huel U & U
- 80 gr Huel Vanilla
- 40 gr cacao powder
- 1 tps Mokka Huel
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 gr almonds
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 30 gr coconut chips
- 80 gr dates (plus soaking water)
