How much soluable fibre is in a huel bar?
Basically if I was consuming 3 bars a day, what is my net carb intake?

Those are two different questions.
I don’t think Huel have posted specific information about soluble fibre, just the total amount of fibre (21.8% by mass).

Hi @aquaaqua123 - we don’t currently have a breakdown for soluble and insoluble fibre in Huel Bars, however, I can confirm that a majority of the fibre is soluble from the poydextrose, oats and some other ingredients.
Carbs listed are available carbs not including fibre.
