I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of using Huel to help gain muscle or maintain an already developed physique?
With a combination of macro-controlled foods (clean eating) and replacing some meals with Huel, is this something that would be sustainable? Bearing in mind i usually eat about 5-6 meals per day.
I start my Huel journey tomorrow and intend to document the full experience (good and bad) on twitter.
