Yes, 400 UI, but im not taking it for a long time, Huel gave me the same effects, last time i ate 3 huel bars and could not open my eyes for few hours.
That dose is 60 times higher than the amount found in 400kcal of Huel 33 times higher than the amount found in 3 Huel Bars so quite a difference. ’
If you’ve found what works for you I’m not going to persuade you otherwise but I’m not convinced vitamin E in Huel is an issue or loads of people would experience this across different diets.
