I’ve been trying to use Huel on and off for the last year. I’m an active mid 30’s male, gym 3-5 times a week and my work means that I’m also on the move a lot, travelling and using public transport. I absolutely love Huel, the concept, the taste the ease however… (and it’s a big however) Huel doesn’t seem to love me! It sends my stomach into crazy and I’m spending more time anxious and trying to find a WC in random public places then enjoying life.
It feels like such a shame. I wondered if anyone else had similar problems and if they had a methodology around it. Where by you can use Huel in confidence and enjoy all of its positives… without an over hanging bout of anxiety about where the nearest WC is!! I’ve tried probiotics however, they didn’t help.
Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated!
