Huel pancakes - too thick?

I made Huel Pancakes yesterday, the mix seems very thick. Is there a way to make it thinner and how long will it keep in the fridge.

This is a fantastic idea!! I would assume just add more water to thin it out! Or did you make it with milk??

I tried more milk but it’s still quite thick.

So I gave this a blast. Ingredients were:

  • 200ml plain flour
  • 100ml Vanilla Huel
  • 1 Banana
  • 200ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 Egg

All blended together in a nutribullet. Did give a thicker than I like consistency but was still edible. Definitely needed the banana though! Above mixture made me three pancakes.

I do 25g oats. A banana. An egg and a scoop of huel and blend. Into a pan with coconut oil with a few blueberries pushed into the matter. Cook on both sides and eat with yoghurt, fruit or a little Nutella (other brands available but why bother as Nutella is best)
