So last night I added my H&S (tomato and herb) into my salad instead of a dressing.
It wasn’t the tastiest thing ever and I think I could experiment with this more to get it right 
Oh wow! That’s quite some experimentation. What sort of salad? I could see it working in a bulkier salad like tabbouleh or a warm salad. Assuming you make it super watery, hence ‘dressing’? Look forward to updates!
