Things like fleeces are also bad for environment. Best buy cotton than cotton polyester etc. Invest in something like a guppy bag which you put your washing in before washing to catch the fibres (I have one).

It’s not lazy, it’s actually more hygienic. I let them air dry too. The tea towel is there for me to dry my hands on whilst washing up, and before cooking etc. Certainly don’t use it on the floor, that’s what my mop is for! Also, being vegan I don’t worry about getting food poisoning, that all seems to be caused by meat fish and dairy, so I don’t think I’m at risk there.
