Hello, Huelers. My name is Jake, I’m 23 y.o. IT guy from Warsaw, Poland.
As you can see above, I’m IT guy, Web Developer more precisely, so it means a lot of sedentary job and lifestyle overall. I’m currently 187 cm (6’1’’) tall, and I weight approx. 110+ kg (240+ lbs). My form isn’t bad, I have trained basketball and I can run some distance without a problem, but I have been trying to lose my tummy fat for such so long, and nothing has been helpful.
I decided to try Huel combined with IF, and I will be using 16/8, starting from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while also maintaining 1800-2000 kcal (approx. 500 kcal deficit). I will be using MyFitnessApp to count calories. My plan is to 2x Huel + 1x full meal:
- 10 a.m. - 500 kcal of Huel
- 2 p.m. - 500 kcal of Huel
- 6 p.m. - 800-1000 kcal of meal
And keeping this plan until I will lose approx 20 kg (44 lbs), then I’ll move to full (5 meal per day and 3x of crossfit per week) plan. I’ll be hoping this will finally give me the dream body of mine.
Does any of you guys have similar experiences? Are there any important tips I should know before I start doing all this? Let me know, I’ll gladly accept all the words.
