I’m starting to drink Huel, and to avoid any side effects, I’m starting with a small shake once a day, with the view to increasing it over time to a maximum of 2 x 100-125g shakes.
At the moment, I’ve started with one 50g shake a day. I’m considering upping this by 10g about every four days, until I reach the target. Does this sound about right, or am I being too cautious? I’m keen to avoid any side effects, because I think that would probably put me off Huel for good.
I did this: 50gr shake everyday for a week (the 125 gr made me too bloat in the first days), then I upped to 90-100gr. And now after a couple of months I feel that it’s not enough anymore and I’m going to 120gr.
Find your perfect size, being cautios in the first days is good, but then go.
