Is it possible to do gluten free noodles?

In hot meals there are lots containing pasta or noodles. I’ll eat anything but there are plenty of people in my family who won’t touch gluten. Since, especially in the oriental world, there are plenty of rice or egg noodles, even if Bolognese is better with wheat, how about Hoisin Duck using a different base?

Sure. I manage to get them eating Thai Green Curry and Mexican Chilli. Madras curry perfect for me but too hot for them. That’s it isn’t it?
