Issue with email reminder and order going ahead?

Today I got 2 emails from Huel

1st one was “Thanks for your order 06:27 mon 2nd march”
2nd one was “Heads up, you have an upcoming order 09:00 mon 2nd march”

Makes it quite hard for me to react accordingly if the heads up is sent afterwards :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I really didn’t need to order at this time as I still have a bunch and 2 of them (new berry) I wont even be using anymore since it was worse than old berry (buying them for my old mom who really liked the 2.3? berry)

If I was you I’d get onto the chat as that’s probably the quickest way to reach someone and get it cancelled…as it probably won’t be long before this order is processed and dispatched.

Thanks, had to change to uk as the chat´s not available in Sweden so fingers crossed :crossed_fingers:
Hope they find the issue so it’s not a recurring thing
