I have just ordered my first huel but half the delivery was missing. I emailed last night and earlier today but no reply. Its very disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any customer service as I can’t find a phone number either. Is this normal?
Hey Allison, really sorry to hear that you haven’t been replied to. We were waiting to hear from our fulfilment and to get a resolution from them. You should have been replied to before then though – really sorry that you haven’t. Ella is sorting your replacement now!
