Hi,
So I’ve just order the 4 week package and I intend to use it in order to have a detox and try and lose some weight.
So I’m 34 and weight 96kgs, therefore according to the calculator I should be having just shy of 2000 calories in order to lose one kilo per week.
I am either going to have two shakes a day and then a meal in the evening or go all out and have three shakes a day. From reading the threats it seems that three scoops for my shakes should work, has anyone tried adding a banana and a shot of espresso?
I will try and keep a log of how this is going.
