Latest GI Results: RTD v2.0 and Complete Protein Bar

Hey Everyone, we recently conducted some GI (glycaemic index) testing for Huel RTD v2.0 Salted Caramel and for Raspberry Complete Protein Bar.

The GI is the measure of how quickly a food increases your blood sugar levels, scored on a level of 0-100, anything 50 or below is considered low GI, which is good. :+1:

RTD Salted Caramel got a score of 30 & Raspberry Complete Protein Bar got a score of 9. This is good news!

Are V3.0 and BE powders assumed to be similar to the RTD?

Quite similar yes.

v3.0 = 16
Black Edition = 19
