Hey Everyone, we recently conducted some GI (glycaemic index) testing for Huel RTD v2.0 Salted Caramel and for Raspberry Complete Protein Bar.
The GI is the measure of how quickly a food increases your blood sugar levels, scored on a level of 0-100, anything 50 or below is considered low GI, which is good.
RTD Salted Caramel got a score of 30 & Raspberry Complete Protein Bar got a score of 9. This is good news!
