Hi, Yesterday I tried to redeem my points I had in excess of 2,000 points but when I tried to apply them they disappeared. It just said unavailable. Could you please tell me what happened to them. Tried to contact Huel on the site but message wouldn’t send. Also tried replying to an email Huel sent but that doesn’t work either. Please help. Many thanks Lisa
