I’m wondering if a nutritionist is able to help with a question I have about metabolic types please. Unless it’s complete pseudo science…?
I did one of these quiz things on metabolic types and it thinks I’m a protein fat efficient but I don’t crave fats, more sugar but that’s gone with consuming Huel. Being a vegetarian who works out a lot, I’ve had meat cravings in the past too.
I know there’s a good split with Huel for protein, carbs and fat, I wondered if the metabolic types make any impact on how effective it is for weight loss?
