Hi guys! Thinking of making my first order next week. I’m a 23 year old student living in Bristol and don’t have much time (or money) to invest in a proper healthy diet - so Huel seems to be the answer!
I’m re-joining the gym next month too though with the intent to gain muscle mass - is eating a 90-100% Huel diet with some added protein/oats/milk enough for what I’ll need?

Yes, you can have as much or as little Huel as you like. I’m on a ‘lean bulk’ myself and I’m having 15-16 scoops Huel at the moment + an evening meal.
