Do you think Huel has enough mct? Are there any situations where you’d recommend supplementing with mct oil? Like before exercise?

Yes, Huel does contain enough MCTs
Routinely, there should be no need to supplement with additional MCTs in the recreational exerciser; however, more elite athletes, eg long distancers, may benefit from this (along with other dietary manipulation).
