Hey. I made my purchase yesterday and will start when it arrives on Monday and will keep this as a log for everyone to see my progress. I’m gonna go 100% Huel with maybe some meat based protein for dinner every day or 2 for something to chew on.
Huel sounds like the perfect thing for me. I’ve dieted before for combat competitions with massive success and I find for me its easier to stick to a diet when everything is basic. piece of meat for protein, nuts for fat and rice for carbs. No fancy meals. So this seems like it will complement my style of eating perfectly.
Will keep this updated when i start.
