If you are using huel vanilla 1.2, 100g is about 3 scoops and 400 calories. You can do this twice a day, and still have breakfast and room for snacks.

Suggestion: Breakfast (350 cal) - bowl of cereal, or toast, or eggs?
Afternoon huel (400cal),
Tea time huel (400 cal),
for a total of 1250 cals, leaving you another 300 cal to play with snacks. For reference, a bag of walkers prawn cocktail crisps is 169cal.

If you have a smartphone I recommend getting MyFitnessPal. This will allow you to keep track of how much you are eating through the day and budget your left over calories for snacks.

I have been known as Aquaman for my tendency to repeatedly remind my friends to stay hydrated on holiday. I usually drink a couple of litres before lunch.
