Not filling enough, what would people recommend?

Have you tried integrating bars or complete protein in between as a snack?

Definitely increase the amount you have, especially for an evening meal. We get quite mixed feedback on our ‘serving suggestions’, some saying it’s laughably small and others saying it’s way too much! Be sure to mix it up as it suits and satiates you!

Hi all, a bit more feed back for you. I tried 3 scoops of shake powder and a bit more liquid, it just made me feel sick. I mixed 1 scoop of s&c black, 1 scoop of choc black and 1 scoop of UU black. I also added some ice. Not sure I’ll be doing that again.
