well its been one week i use fuel twice a day breakfast and lunch and then healthy dinner Iām also using myfitnesspal to count my calories Iām on 1600 a day. i use two scoops each time and thats right for me have had a bit of wind but nothing special lol my weight started at 100kg and Iām now 97kg
so well happy i also walk 4 to 5 miles a day
