Order not shipped and no customer contact

Hi all,

Trying to reolved an issue with an order not being shipped. I’ve emailed customer support but am not getting a response so trying other avenues.

I placed an order over a week ago. It was shipped as two parcels with two tracking nuumbers. I recieved the first parcel promtly but the second has been stuck at ‘We’re expecting your order’.

The order history page in my accound is saying ‘Order complete’. The order number is Order no. #8232866

Does anyone have a telephone number for customer services as I’m not getting a respnse by other means?
