Order/subscriptions amendments and cancellations

Hi,
I am surprised there is no direct contact if I want to amend or cancel an order/subscription.
I have purchased the subscription today but at the and was confused when is going to be delivered for the first time and I am end up to receive two orders as the first one.
I have emailed Huel and IM on FB but so far I am just getting order and shipments confirmation.

Not really happy with that.
