I loved 2.3, but came to 3.0 via Black chocolate. That was so dire that 3.0 White came as quite a relief!

The change in chocolate V3 has made me switch to Jimmy joy, which I have been using for about two months now. I much prefer the texture and shaker size / style of Jimmy joy, but honestly miss my v2.3 huel chocolate, which was the only flavour along with original I liked. Bring it back!!! :sob::sob::sob::sob:

I would welcome a return to the flavour of v2.3 chocolate.

I love chocolate v3.0. I did try 2.3 but I didn’t like it much.
Please don’t bring back the 2.3 version or at least keep the 3.0!

Thanks for these, it’s really useful for us. Clearly there are many who think Chocolate isn’t as good as it once was, but it’s worth noting that many love it and the amount of people buying Chocolate Flavour a 2nd time is in line with other Huel Powders. However, we are keeping our eyes on this closely but currently the volume of complaints is low (despite this thread clearly being filled with them!). We have to take everything into account and not just rely on comments here and emails, but also data - which we are doing all the time.

I would advise, if you have a complaint re: chocolate, to raise it via email where the topics are tagged and recorded quantitatively, it’s more difficult to build an accurate picture via forum comments (but that doens’t stop me having a go, don’t worry!)

Hope this is fair. Please know everything gets read here, we take pride in listening and reacting to comments and complaints from our community.

So you’re telling me that I should make 10 000 accounts, make 10 000 separate orders that include v3 chocolate and then a few months later while making 10 000 new orders I just won’t include v3 chocolate and then based on the numbers you will go back to v2.3 chocolate?

Well, it’s a hard choice between my retirement fund and the possibility of v2.3 chocolate coming back… :joy:

Of course people buy it again, the flavour isn’t bad, it’s just the wrong flavour. Or maybe the wrong name. Just call it Toffee and watch the data be in line with people re-ordering xD

I’m drinking v3 chocolate as we speak and I’m still not satisfied/used to the taste.

Getting back the v2.3 flavour would be a great ending to 2020 as this year has just been awful. :smiley:
