Pots available in sample pack, but not normally? And vice versa

Hi,
as someone who had put in their first order recently, I have to say - the options for your H&S Pots are incredibly confusing.

First of all, it took me an embarrassingly long time to understand that there are minimum quantities of each product that you order, like with the 8 pots.

Then, on one hand, the sum cost of one selection of 8 pots appearing right below the options (despite the fact that you haven’t selected even one of any) makes sense if you want to put the user’s attention to the benefit of the subscription, as you do right below, but… from MY perspective, I should be presented with a sum cost after I’ve selected 1 of at least one product… Not when I haven’t selected any.

Next, why does the pot sample pack contain two flavors that aren’t normally available (carbonara & bolognese)? And two of the normally available flavors are not in the sample pack?.. I wanted to try ALL flavors to figure out my favorites. But those two flavors I will have to buy a pack of 8 each and… return 14 pots? Or are you banking on us loving the vegchicken & bbq flavors and keeping the 14 remaining pots?

Let me end on a good note, saying that I am excited to be trying your stuff, I’m happy you exist and are still around, I’ve heard about you a long time ago already, but only recently seeing a coworker of mine enjoy you daily has reminded me this is an option. Me and my gf recently ended several years of having our diet delivered to us Mon-Fri, we missed cooking, but time is of the essence, so Huel feels like a good option for a middle ground.

I wouldn’t say this is a middle ground between cooking and anything else, this is just no cooking, and I love it :joy:

Interesting… I know it depends on the country what flavours you can get (I’m in the UK) but it doesn’t make sense you can get them with the sample pack and not individually or in the other way around.

Wish I could get an official reply on this!

I mean, like, I’m capable of understanding something like “we’re emptying our stock of old selection boxes, which happen to contain these two, but not these two”. I’d rather have that answer than none. I know business is business. No matter the reason, I’d love to read it.

There is a very long explanation here. I guess there will be a little bit of a transitional mess while the changeovers roll out in different markets.
