I was previously loving Huel in 2019 and stopped due to surgery at the time, which I am still suffering from today.
So far the surgery hasn’t been as we would have wanted with my exercise plan keep getting put on hold for “another 6 months”.
Huel is something I know I can do to give my body every chance of recovery.
As well as getting the right vitamins and minerals I need on board it’s the ideal opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and drop some weight
Getting my mental equipment all lovely and smiley along the way also.
Hey Davitt, welcome to the forum, it’s great to have you back. Your surgery experience sounds rough, I’m sorry to hear that you still aren’t recommended to exercise as a result.
Huel will certainly be able to provide you plenty of nutrients. What’s your plan, once or twice a day?
I’m not asking you to disclose any personal info, but I would recommend you having a chat with your doctor regarding Huel. Always best to be certain, given you have some ongoing medical conditions.
Wishing you all the best, and especially hoping that everything is lovely and smiley too!
Hi Tim,
Always lovely and smiley!
Plan is the Huel for breakfast and lunch like previously as I seemed to be thriving on it.
I had a latarjet procedure on my arm with various complications unfortunately.
Also have a bit of spine damage and arthritis in the hips.
Doing what I can to fight against it as I need to lose weight.
Put on just under 3 stone since the operation.
Keep Right On!
