Iām using Huel and Whey and Cassein
Not a great quality article. Most likely written by someone without a great grounding in biology. Pea protein is actually deficient in methionine rather than cysteine (your body can make cysteine from methionine but not vice versa).
Whey is probably the king in terms of powdered protein, though there can be digestibility issues and it is animal-derived. If you want to go a vegan route, the way Huel go about things is a good option in my opinion.
