I recently referred a friend to Huel and they used the “tell them in person” feature. They entered my name and their confirmation email (the same email as the one they then used for the order). They received their code promptly and made the order which they have received and are enjoying. However, I’ve heard nothing on my end and my account registers no successful referrals.
Is this common and is there something I can do to address it.

Email team@huel.com and give them the name and address of the friend who you referred and they should be able to manually add the reward to your account or give you a discount code.
It doesn’t always come through automatically- not sure why really. But they always sort it out no problem
