Referral discount - how long to add to account?

Hi all,

Just a quick question for those in the know.

I’m a relatively new Hueler and I’ve referred my Dad. He signed up using the link I sent him and he recieved £10 off his first order - this was in the last 48 hours.

I’ve not yet had my side of the credit applied to my account and I’m wondering if this is normal and I just need to be patient.

Hey! They should’ve sent you an email with your £10 off? If not, you can probably email them at team@huel.com! :smiley:

Thanks Chris - definitely no email (checked Spam too).

I’ll give it a couple of days in case it needs to be manually processed and they have a backlog.
