@mjeff have you tried the berry? I’m interested to know if you like it, considering your love for nesquik !
Edit: sorry
just seen your comment above about considering trying it! So take my comment as already answered

Ooooooh, but I actually liked that as a kid (but my parents never bought that for me…). Maybe I DO like berry

It’s a kind of milk-drink that tastes like red fruits, mainly marketed for kids. I didn’t like it as a kid and also never buy it for my son.
I’m one of those who really likes the Berry, and I have it on subscription alongside N.I. Vanilla, U/U and now also Chocolate!
I’ve been mixing it in a ratio of either 1:1 or 2:1 with the Vanilla for breakfast and lunch, and 1:1:1 with Vanilla & Chocolate if I don’t have a regular plate of food for dinner.
I only use the U/U for when I want to blend up something particularly savoury with other regular food stuff. (e.g. raw carrots, celery, cucumber, beetroot, humous, with some mixed herbs, smoked paprika, garlic granules, black pepper, worcester sauce, honey, olive oil, and malt vinegar) ![]()
Created an account just to say berry is my fav!
I just use water, 3 scoops of huel and blend it with frozen cherries/blueberries…from time to time ill add a banana but that does make it quite thick. Honestly just tastes like a mixed berry smoothie (ok with SOME imagination). Not a big fan of chocolate and i still have half a bag so after reading some of these comments today im also gonna try mix berry with chocolate …Chocoberry?
Hope Huel release a banana flavour…i realize they have those flavour pouches but id rather just have banana flavoured huel! Could end up disgusting but thats Huel for ya, gotta love that new flavour risk! Also, how about Marmite flavour?
Adding a spoon of marmite to unflavoured works well @peripete

I didn’t like the berry powder at all to begin with, but I used it anyway as I definitely wasn’t going to waste it
Same here and didn’t get to like it when I finished the bag so won’t be getting that flavour powder again
I said a while ago that i would try mixing berry huel with the following. I have tried quite a few of them now so here is best to worst.
Didn’t try
Over all i think i will stick with the coffee and berry to finish off the bag
Cheers for Berry Flavour feedback guys. Hearing both sides here. For those who dislike Berry, what sort of Berry flavour would you like to see? (don’t just say less artificial!)
It bothers me that the website so strongly recommends against UU. For me, it’s the best and only.
I know you love the UU, however as a first time customer UU is a pretty awful experience. People are used to flavours and sweetness and since releasing (New) Vanilla we have seen Hueligans having much better first experiences.
For me it would perfect if it taste more like vanilla huel when you add blueberries and strawberries in a blender.
personally think berry tastes like strawberry nesquik or that horrible pink/red syrup you would add to milk to make milkshakes back in the 80s.
I think it tastes nothing like nesquik, In fact, the most drinkable thing I did to my first (and only!) Berry batch was add a banana and 3 (… Or 4?
) teaspoons of strawberry nesquik powder ![]()

I disagree. When I was a first time customer, the description of UU made me think I should really hedge my bets and try the flavoured ones, so I got one New Vanilla, one Berry, and one UU. Vanilla and Berry were an awful experience! If I’d not also got a bag of UU, my huel journey would have ended there!
I was super impressed with UU though.
Every single one of my friends who have tried Huel because of me, also hated Vanilla but loved (and continue to buy UU).
We are all different.
I understand some people prefer the sweet versions, but there’s also a significant number of people that hate the taste of sucralose and much prefer the plain bland flavour of UU.
Edit: Just logged in to place another order, and noticed (woohoo!
) that the description attached to UU has changed. I’m happy now
Good work Team Huel
Which berries is it currently supposed to be based on?
Dingleberries.
I am glad I was not drinking any when I read that. Not due to the taste, but because I would have choked or spat it everywhere laughing.

I totally get that you and many here love the Unflavoured - as far as I’m aware it’s not going anywhere, don’t worry. However what you’re saying here is a bit anecdotal. The reason for the wording on the site is that when we looked at the data that shows how many customers go on to buy the same flavour again, we noticed that Unflavoured was lower than all our other flavours (despite knowing that it is a popular option among some of our Hueligans). We wanted to make it clearer why you would choose Unflavoured over the other flavours. We are keeping an eye on the data though to see if we’re helping people make the best choice for them (i.e repeat rates will improve for Unflavoured if we help make sure its the right choice for a customer trying Huel for the first time).
Hope that makes sense ![]()
@Tim_Huel
The wording next to UU on the website has changed recently anyway

It’s now a better description as far as I’m concerned and I’m happy

Go Neapolitan - berry, chocolate, vanilla? Interested to try that but don’t want to waste too much in the process either!
That sounds quite nice, I’ll try it for lunch tomorrow and let you know how it goes

I have this mix occasionally; it’s okay, but I prefer mixing just two flavours at most as three just doesn’t seem as distinct.
Maybe making up the meal as 3 separate small servings could work better, and/or make up some Neapolitan Huel ice-lollies…![]()

i blended two scoops of berry flavour with 100g of frozen berries lifted it no end
